The manga Me and the Alien MuuMuu was originally a one-shot manga published in June 2019. The series has been serialized in Shonen Gahosha's Young King OURs magazine since August 2019 and currently has 7 volumes published.
The anime revolves around MuuMuu, an alien with a cat-like appearance. MuuMuu's race originally possessed advanced science, but the war between planets caused the loss of all scientists and engineers. In order to restore the lost knowledge, MuuMuu and his kind came to Earth and accidentally landed in the apartment of college student Sakurako Umeyashiki. Here, they began to research human household electrical appliances, opening up a series of funny and sad situations.
Since then, Sakurako's life has been disrupted by MuuMuu's series of troubles. The two of them experience countless humorous situations through discovering technological mysteries, while building friendship and the wonders of life from two different species.
The special feature of the series lies in the unique combination of science fiction and humorous elements. Through the footage from the trailer, it promises interesting experiences, both relaxing and engaging for the audience.
