Zenitsu was heartbroken by Jigoro's passing as he was the only person who believed in him since he was young and trained him to become the demon hunter he is today. Kaigaku used to bully Zenitsu and look down on him. The two had a grudge for a long time, and after he became the reason for their teacher's death, Zenitsu could no longer forgive him. The battle between the two at Muzan Kibutsuji's Demon Slayer: Infinity Fortress was not simply a battle between demon hunters and demons, but also a way to settle old grudges.
Douma vs. Shinobu Kochou
Shinobu Kochou, the ever-smiling and cheerful Insect Pillar, is seething with a burning desire for revenge. When Shinobu received the news and arrived, Kanae only had time to tell Shinobu to leave the Demon Slayer Corps and then pass away forever in her sister's arms. However, Shinobu was so driven by the desire for revenge that she ignored Kanae's advice and vowed to make Douma pay for his crimes. Tanjiro and Giyuu Tomioka vs Upper Moon Three Akaza
In the Infinity Train arc, Tanjiro and his friends are accompanied by the Flame Hashira Kyojuro Rengoku. They are tasked with investigating the mysterious disappearances of several demon hunters and civilians on the train over the past few months. The train has been controlled by Enmu, one of the Twelve Demon Moons, who uses the Blood Demon Technique. He puts his victims into a deep sleep - where they can fulfill their wishes or meet their dead loved ones - before taking their lives. Although Rengoku and his teammates succeed in killing the demon Enmu, they are faced with a more powerful demon, the Upper Moon Three Akaza.

Kokushibo vs Muichiro Tokito, Genya Shinazugawa, Gyomei Himejima and Genya Shinazugawa
Upper Moon One Kokushibo is a being who has earned the respect of all Twelve Demon Moons for his strength. He is unlike any of Muzan's other subordinates because he uses the Demon Slayer Breath and has trained his swordsmanship for centuries to the point of being "a god like no other". Kokushibo is the twin brother of the legendary swordsman Yorichii, so there is probably no swordsman in Demon Slayer who can match his talent and skill.
Surprisingly, despite his immense and terrifying power, Kokushibo has never fought a single battle up until now.
